There is plenty of cutting-edge 3D Rendering software out in the market. Lauren and her team have kept up to date with state-of-the-art technology. We use Twinmotion for rendering, blender & SketchUp for modeling, and Adobe Photoshop for some post-work.

What software do you use?
In order to begin your rendering we need at least a blueprint or floor plan. A CAD file would be most ideal. What we will then ask for is a materials board that provides us with more specific information. Such as what color are the walls? What products are you using? etc…
What information do you need from me to get started on my rendering?
While we usually work with architects, developers, builders, contractors, real estate professionals, and interior designers – we welcome anyone that has a need for our services to contact us. For instance, we absolutely love working with homeowners who are planning for new construction or renovating their current home. We have experience working on residential, commercial, office and development projects of all sizes, so we are confident that we can handle any project scope professionally and produce excellent results.
CAN ANYONE USE YOUR SERVICES?
Our turn around times for renderings is 7-10 Business Days on adverage. Turaround time varies per project.
What is the Turnaround Time?
This is always the hardest question to answer as each project is vastly different from one another. Because of this, prices vary a lot depending on the size of the property, the level of customization and the complexity of the design. Our proposals are mainly based on the workload we undertake and on our client’s requirements, we cannot go with a fixed flat rate for projects.
